1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using the speed2u platform on any device or browser, you legally agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the speed2u platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and speed2u. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for the latest updates.
The speed2u platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are legally eligible to use the service within your jurisdiction.
2. Account Creation and Security
To access the full features of the speed2u platform, you are required to register an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. speed2u shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your account information. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately.
Identity verification may be required before certain features are activated, including fund withdrawals. You agree to provide valid identification documents upon request by speed2u for compliance and fraud prevention purposes.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
As a user of the speed2u platform, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or in any communication with speed2u.
- Using any software, automated scripts, bots, or other technological means to manipulate or interfere with the operation of the platform.
- Using another person's account or sharing your account with any third party.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the security systems of the speed2u platform.
- Engaging in any activity related to money laundering or the financing of illegal activities through this platform.
- Exploiting any technical errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.
Any violation of the above rules may result in the immediate suspension or closure of your account, and speed2u reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action.
4. Payments, Deposits and Transactions
All financial transactions on the speed2u platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that all funds deposited into your account are your own and obtained through legitimate sources.
Deposits credited to a gaming account cannot be transferred directly to another user. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may take between 1 to 3 business days to process, depending on the chosen payment method.
Speed2u is not liable for any loss arising from delays or failures in transaction processing caused by factors beyond our control, including technical issues on the part of payment service providers. Any bonuses or promotional credits are subject to separately stipulated wagering (rollover) requirements and validity periods.
In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect payment or credit, speed2u reserves the right to correct the error and recover any excess credits that were issued unintentionally.
5. Account Policies, Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
Account Suspension and Closure
Speed2u reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, or any illegal activity. Should an account be closed for such reasons, any remaining funds may be subject to investigation before a withdrawal is permitted.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, speed2u shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss suffered by users arising from the use of the platform, including betting losses, service interruptions, or inaccurate information. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and speed2u makes no warranties regarding its uninterrupted availability or the absolute accuracy of its content.
Intellectual Property
All content on the speed2u platform, including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of speed2u or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without express written permission from speed2u.
Third-Party Links
The speed2u platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers and game providers. speed2u is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms, or content of those third parties, and users are advised to review third-party terms separately.
6. Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law
Speed2u reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility as a user to check this page regularly. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the speed2u platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these terms and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
